Return Policy
1)
You must
have a
receipt.
2) Do not
write in the
book until
you are sure
you want to
keep it!
3) Books
may be
returned for
cash/charge/check
refund if
you drop a
course or
buy the
wrong book.
4) Returns
must be made
within the
first three
weeks of
each
semester.
FOR FULL
REFUNDS
New books
must be
free of all
markings,
including
name, and
must be
considered
by store
personnel to
be in new
and perfect
condition.
All books
bought with
shrink-wrap
must be
returned
with
shrink-wrap
intact for
full
refund. New
books with
markings
will be
refunded for
50% of new
price.
Defective
books will
be replaced
free of
charge.
These books
should be
returned as
soon as
possible.
