Student Financial Planning Resources

 

For many students college is your first opportunity to learn about money management and budgeting skills.  For others, returning to school after spending time in the workforce can represent another set of financial planning challenges.

Included on this page are resources to help you with budgeting and financial planning including links to informative sites and listings of on-campus resources.  

On campus Resources:

Peer Financial Counseling

Budgeting 101 Workshop
Using materials provided by CitiBank, this workshop teaches students about budget management and financial planning.  The workshop can be facilitated by Cara Ray, Director of Student Life, or you can simply borrow the materials and facilitator guide from the Office of Student Life on the Gainesville Campus.  E-mail Cara Ray at cray@gsc.edu for more information.
