The School of Business, Education, Health & Wellness offers an Associate of Science Degree program in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) for those individuals interested in working with children birth to five years of age. This degree provides a strong child development foundation for those individuals who want to continue their formal education, and who want to work as a paraprofessional or teacher assistant in a variety of early childhood care settings, Head Start programs, or pre-K/kindergarten classrooms.
Bachelor of Science
The School of Business, Education, Health & Wellness offers a Bachelor Degree program in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) for individuals who are interested in working with children birth to five years of age in a variety of early childhood care settings.
These courses are appropriate for child care professionals who are continuing their formal education; want to work in or run a child care center, or want to become a Georgia certified Pre-K, Head Start or Kindergarten classroom teacher.
Through this degree, students will also receive an endorsement in Preschool Special Education.
