For individuals with mild to moderate depression or anxiety,
there are alternative means of alleviating the depression or
anxiety, including homeopathic means, herbs, exercises,
imagery, cognitive behavioral reframing of situations,
meditation, biofeedback, acupuncture, full spectrum
lighting, and others. In this session we will explore
these alternatives.

needed. Confidences must usually be broken in order to
get the help needed for the survival of a friend and spread
