For individuals with mild to moderate depression or anxiety, there are alternative means of alleviating the depression or anxiety, including homeopathic means, herbs, exercises, imagery, cognitive behavioral reframing of situations, meditation, biofeedback, acupuncture, full spectrum lighting, and others.  In this session we will explore these alternatives.
